Jeremiah Johnson

Grant headed to Jeremiah Johnson Scout Day Camp Monday morning at 6:45am!!  He got home around 2:00pm!! He loved it!!  He also made a wooden boat that he gave to his cousin Thomas!

Helpers

Brittny, Joslyn, Jill and Chelsea came to help me Monday! We had of these cute helpers who marched around in dress-ups while the boys played outside/inside all over!!  

Jelly Belly party! I could Lydia say, "Who has a pink one raise your hand?" Then a really loud, "Awesome!" She would give everyone instructions or tell me something and end it with "BOOM!" She had a great day!

Sunday

I had to speak in church today! Brad texted me Thursday to ask! I was nervous but glad to have a chance to express some feelings before moving!  I spoke on agency with Aaron Garside, Ro, Anna Olsen and Josh Brown!  I talked about Heavenly Father giving us this great gift and loving us so much he wants to help us use it to its fullest potential, to reach exaltation!  I used my Arrow Bear story and collect phone calls to my dad!!  When I sat down Josh Brown told me that I used all of his material, especially Arrow Bear!  HaHa!!

After church we headed to Max and Cole's ordination then to their house for BBQ pork! The men helped the Rasmussen's move their piano to Eve's and Beckee and I headed to my house!

Lydia told my mom that she is tan because she drinks chocolate milk! HaHa!!

EQ Carnival

The Elder's Quorum Carnival was in the Herbert's backyard! We had hot dogs and hamburgers! Blake wanted a fish sooooo bad! Ashley gave him one! 

Lydia got a flamingo like on her shirt!! 

 Blake was in a raffle where 5 were selected, 3 eliminated, down to Blake and Kali Forbush! Blake won the ball and Kali won the big dog! (I think Blake wanted the big dog, but we were great with the ball:-)

 Then I won the jelly belly estimating contest!! YEAH!!  1,600  After making my guess I asked Rob Long what his guess was, he said 500! I thought, I am way or I'll win!!

Before the Lego Movie started Blake was exhausted and melting down! He desperately wanted to go home and feed his fish! (Josh had walked it home earlier, purchased plane tickets for the moving crew's return, and came back! Crew: Josh, Ben Child, Ben Becker, Verne) When we walked in the door, Josh had put the fish bag in a mug! I don't know if it overflowed or if he jumped, but the fish was dead on the counter! As fast as I could I picked it up and plopped it in the water hoping it would swim!!  Blake had a FIT!!  I got him to bed as quickly as I could!!  The next morning he teared up again and said it was awful to see him dead on the counter and he wondered if there was any blood!!  Maybe we should get Blake a fish for his birthday!

Moving

Moving is hard!!  At the beginning of June I tried to have the kids help, pack, do jobs etc.  I was not getting enough done, so I let them watch TV!! I feel so bad they have watched TV through the month of June!  I guess that is life when you are moving across the country!!  I have washed rugs, towels, rug mats, shower curtains, pillow cases etc.  I want to take everything as clean as possible!!  As I pack I take too much time sorting things! I want them used, sold, donated or given away!

Pack Meeting

Hard part of moving is taking the time to attend things when I want to be working! It was important to Grant we go! I needed a shower, but instead threw some clothes on and went!

We had family pictures tonight! This cracked me up because Lydia yelled, "Hey mom, get this kid off my lap!" Then when I asked, she posed for a picture! 

Kids

Trent attended a basket ball camp the first week of June! It was very crowded!  Grant and Blake attended a Lehi High School Soccer camp this week! Very fun! Cute Ali Beeston was there! They both really enjoyed it! Bransen Condie went with them! Today I sent all 4 to Miss Tanya's Cowboy Party!! It was fun for them to have something to do while I pack!!  They were decked out!

Grant made a wanted poster of Miss Tanya saying, "WANTED Miss Tanya for throwing a never ending party! 10 penny's!" Very creative!!!  HAHA!!

Father's Day

The kids helped Josh pick French Toast for breakfast! The off to Kate's baby blessing where Blake drew this for Josh!

The kids went with Aunt Jen to the Paul and Chera's house, Josh went home and I went to teach! 

Then to Aunt Ruth's for hot dogs and smores!

We LOVE Josh and are sooooo grateful to have him!  When he walks in the room lights up and everyone smiles!!
