Blake took doughnuts for his Half Birthday!! He wanted Grant to come help hand them out!!

Sunday Josh and I were talking in the playroom and Lydia did a little show for us and wanted photos!!  

UVU Basketball

Grandpa Eric invited us to a UVU basketball game and faculty dinner!  They handed out these green flashlight stick things! The kids thought they were very cool! We had BBQ Beef sandwiches (that were delicious)!!  Everyone got to choose chips and a candy too!  It was very fun! Lydia slept through the whole game in Josh's arms!

Outer Space

The kids had a ton of fun at Miss Tanya's "Outer space" Party!  They made flying saucers with paper plates and a plastic cup on top! They flew so well!!!

Martin Luther King Day! Dad was still sick! He went to the Instacare early this morning! They gave him a shot for Strep, mostly because he was worried about Matt at work having a new baby!!

Lunch at the Pizza Pie with Grandma, Talls, Simmons and Paul and Chera!  Paul then took off for St. George, the crew went to see Nut Job and Lydia and I went to Carr's combined birthday party!!  After all that we met at Jill's house to hot tub!

***Blake's teacher is pregnant! Blake was asking me a bunch of questions! Mrs. Calton had told them how tiny her baby is! He wanted to know if he was smart when he was in my stomach! I was telling him that he was smart and he grew legs, hands, fingers etc. Then started to move all around and how awesome it was! He said, "Boy mom, this is the one time I wish I was a girl!" He felt sad he would never feel a baby move! So cute!!

***I passed by the bathroom and noticed Grant had lined the seat with Toilet Paper! I laughed and told him he does not need to do that at home!  Since we moved into the rental, he feels he needs to!

***Trent is playing on a Bantom Team that has been very difficult!  We have a encountered some mean kids and mean parents!  We love Lehi with Kenny and Dad!!!

***We took the Elders Quorum Presidency to the cabin January 10-11! It was very fun! Swensen's, Herbert's, Chapman's!  The propane was almost out so we used space heaters!  It took a while to get everyone in!  Our kids LOVE Jordan Chapman!  It was adorable when they saw him at church the next day!!

***Lydia had a TON of dental work Thursday, January 16th! We went to the surgery center at 8:45am.  Before we left I grabbed my purse, turned around and Lydia was licking my yogurt spoon! I almost died! I had her spit it out and I wiped her mouth with a paper towel! Verne had stayed one more day to help me with the boys!  The Anesthesiologist and I decided to go forward!  It broke my heart she had to listen to me talk to everyone about her biting the yogurt!  I could tell she was confused! The nurse called her a stinker, I told her I was the stinker for turning my back! The next day she asked before she had yogurt!  I hated talking about her in front of her! Lydia was so good! She hopped in the wagon and they said hopped on the table! She was asleep for 2 and a 1/2 hours! SOOO long!!  She had about 20 cavities in 13 teeth! All the roots were fine, yeah!  Sweet thing was funny the rest of the night! I let her go to Grace Black's tea party at 4pm, just an hour after being home! She really wanted to! Kelly said she was out of it!!  She was agitated for about 3 days!   Verne left right before we got home!  It is always sad to see him go!  (He had sorted a U-haul truck full of stuff in the backyard by the barn! Jocelyn helped him take loads to the DI, loads to the dump and he fit the rest in the shed!)

***Grant won a book through Road to Success on 1-22!!  Then last night at pack meeting he won the on-time award!!  Very fun!!
