Trent Stitches

I saw LHS on my phone, I was on the other line with Josh, clicked over and it was the athletic trainer. I knew Trent was in basketball b/c of the time. He said Trent needed stitches and I was SO relieved no concussion! He told me to go to Egelsee right as he walked in to take food to Ray. Egelsee said he would meet me before Ray's game.  I picked Trent up and hurried to Egelsee's office. We really liked him, it went well. It was DEEP! 

Turns out Trent and Logan collided. Logan called to see how he was, it was sweet and funny. Obviously not his fault!

Later that night my dad called, I was on the other line with Kelli. He then called Trent said it was very important I check my email! (Trent had expressed his concern that picture day was coming.)  Here is what I found:

He took a cheap shot right above the eye

Could have kneaded this butt right in the thigh

But Trents to classy for something like that

He’ll put hot pepper in his jock causing a splat

A splat you say, whatever could that be 

He could have hit him in the unit with his other knee

Trents OK with showing his wound

Its picture day and the girls will swoon

Perhaps his picture can be retaken

So everyone will know that he’s not faken

Snake

Trent saw something move in the garage. Turns out it was a snake. I sat in the boat for an hour waiting to get it from above. Josh was at work, Stuart wasn't home, Allison, Erica and Erica's mother in law came to help me. It went behind the cabinet. We took pictures, couldn't tell if it was poisonous. Stuart sent a neighbor to help me, he said let it leave on its own. It slithered into all of our camping stuff. We sent Erica home b/c her mother in law did not like snakes to die and Allison and I knew we could not leave it in the camping stuff! It was STRONG! STRONGER than we expected. I had a hard time bashing its head b/c I did not want guts on the camping stuff. We were very proud of ourselves!! Allison rocks!!

Grant had to go to Cougar Camp bright and early! (It felt so weird to take him to RBMS. Kind of emotional.) CUTIE!! 

We pushed the move back b/c the house was not ready, so we went home to Ruthie Run.

It was SO crazy it is hard to put it into words. Josh was working himself to death at all hours! I was trying to help from Utah making phone calls. (pest control, millions of hours with Spectrum, utilities, address changes etc.)
