Avengers

While I was at the Relief Society Broadcast with my mom and the Becker's, Josh and the boys had an Avenger's Party!!!  It was adorable! They spent the whole morning making signs to decorate the basement!  It was darling!!  These pictures are not perfectly clear,but it was cute! Josh took them to get pizza and treats at the store! McKinnon went too!  They had a blast!

The BIG Winner

Today was the school's Road to Success drawing!  Trent won the grand prize!! A REAL soccer ball signed by the whole team!!  When Grant heard his name over the speaker he was excited!!

Grant needs to dress-up tomorrow as a community helper and write a paragraph about it!  We decided on mechanic . . mostly because Josh has a Clark County Wholesale shirt that will look awesome!  Grant starts writing the paragraph sitting next to me!  "I am a macanic.  I ficxs cors. (I fix cars.) I like cors." The next part just cracked me up that this is where his mind went. "Mi (My) Grapo (Grandpa) has to (2) crvet (corvettes) and a Jeep and a cobra and to (2) Sped (Speed) 33's and a 55 Belara (Belaire). He colecs (collects) cors (cars).  To (2) uf (of)  mi (my) Grapos (Grandpa's) wr (were) mucnix (machanic's)."  Josh and I cracked up!!  Too cute!! 

Singing to Lydia tonight she requested Ducks!  I haven't sung that one in a while and she hasn't been to nursery in a while! I sang, "5 little ducks went out to play, over the hill and far away, when the mother duck said quack quack quack, 4 little ducks came waddling back."  On and on until, "One little duck went out to play, over the hill and far away, when the mother duck said quack quack quack, no little ducks came waddling back!"  In her cutest voice Lydia blurts, "The swimmed Mommy!"  I almost died!  Then she told me she learned that at school!  I am sure that means nursery!  I could not believe how cute!!  Funny thing, I was thinking, where are these ducks going??!!

Blake got some new red boots he has wanted for years!!  With his Forever Young gift card they came

 to 37 cents!!  Very cute Blake!

Time Out?

Trent was in Time Out on the couch! I look over and Lydia is on the other arm of the couch copying him exactly, hands behind ankles crossed!  I go to get my camera and come back to everyone kickin' back!!

Engaged

We got an email that Trent's teacher Miss Waite is engaged!! We are so excited!!  We swear Becker kids are good luck!  Miss Nielson got married when she had Trent, Miss Robbins got married when she had Grant, now Miss Waite with Trent!

Lydia spilled the whole bag of Cheetos, got the stool from the pantry and sat and ate one at a time!

Grant was so excited to make his man for school!  He knew just how he wanted it!!

1st and 2nd Days for Blake

Blake's first day of Pre-School he was so silly I could not get a picture!!  We carpool with Andi and Libby!  Blake was very excited for school!!  Miss Tanya was so excited to see Blake she texted me that she could not stop hugging him!!!

 Blake's second day of school I was able to get some smiley pictures with him holding still!!  He had to make a paper doll to represent him!! 

 Lydia loves to copy and we love to watch!! She kept looking at Blake to see what she should be doing!!

Stanton Reunion

We left Powell Thursday and drove to St. George!  We did some laundry, hit the boys favorite "Chuck-A-Rama" and left in the afternoon for the reunion!!  We went to Huntington for the family reunion this year.  The weather was beautiful!  Most people camped but we got a hotel right next to the McAtees!  Blake had a long nap in the car and had a hard time going to sleep in the hotel! He got a hold of my phone and took over 85 pictures!!!  Here is what I couldn't delete!!

Grant, John, Trent

We bought a little wake board in St. George and were going to send Trent out when I saw we were connected to a yellow rope!  It was from the kids on the dock trying to catch craw dads.  There was a nasty piece of chicken hooked to the end!  Curtis, Kyle and Aaron were able to get it off the prop!  (In the freezing water!)  Trent and Grant did awesome on the wake board, I have videos and no pictures!  I loved that Grant was so happy about Trent's long ride! He was cheering for him and so positive!!

Lydia was so tired I knew we needed a boat ride!  Chase was already asleep on the boat!  She laid her head on his back and was out!!
