Jazz Game

We went to a Jazz Game with the Reese's!!  Tickets came with a hot dog!!

Autorama

We spent the morning cleaning out the rental basement for Josh!  Actually we carried out previous occupants' garbage that was left in storage areas!  The boys did great with load after load after load!  We made a huge pile in the garage that Josh loaded into his truck!!

After that we met Grandma, Paul and Chera at Sweet Tomatoes for lunch!  Then off to Autorama!  The kids really do enjoy seeing all the cars!  This car they saw when it was being built!  I will post some pictures below!

Details

The other day I was trying to get the kids to quickly eat before going to a tumbling class with the Simmons!  Blake came over and said, "Don't worry mom, I'm not hungry, I'll just eat there, they have a drinking fountain!"

When Lydia does not like something I say or do she responds, "I'm not going to play with you!"  Which has now turned into "I'm not going to play with you ever again!"  Then a minute later, "Sorry mom, I want to play with you I do!!"

The other morning the boys climbed in with Josh while I was exercising! I came back and cracked up that Grant was cupping his chin!!

Fire Station

Josh was sick and snow mobiling in Bear Lake over the weekend!!  We had John Benjamin spend the night and went to the Fire Station with the Reese's Monday morning!!  Chera set it up for us!!  It was so much fun!!  Afterward we went to the Pizza Pie Cafe and Orange Leaf!!  Trent and Grant went to the Talls to play and Blake went home with my mom, who was babysitting for Austy and Luke!!  Lydia and I went to clean the apartment!!  (Wanted that done for Josh when he got home!)

Boys Snowmobile Trip

Annual Boys Snowmobile Trip!!  Josh drove with Ben Child!  Johnny, Jason, Dredge and some other guys were there!!

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day!!  We had cinnamon rolls and eggs! Dad was not feeling well!!

Trent got some beads and rope!  Grant, Blake, Lydia got some iron together beads!!

 Trent made this for school and was too embarrassed to take it!  The boys both took tie dye boxes I got at Hobby Lobby!!

Potty Trained

Lydia has been potty training a little bit for a few weeks!  She is pretty good so we bought some undies today!  I let her choose . . . Dora and Minnie Mouse won!  She is doing great!  Those little undies are the cutest things I think I have ever seen!  Lydia was riding in a "driving" cart at Smiths! She sat in that little cab surrounded by underwear!  (She opened both packages!)  It was adorable!  As we drove in the garage she yelled towards her closed window, "Grandpa, Dad, I have new underwear, come see!"  When the boys got home from school she pulled her little pants down to show off Minnie! 

Lydia changes her clothes 10 times a day! It is too funny! She has to choose the pants (no jeans, just thin stretch pants) and it is always one of three shirts: short sleeve collared white, Hello Kitty short sleeve white, white turtle neck!  She puts shoes on backwards with no socks, then her coat!  Then she takes the coat off, strips and puts on something else, sometimes jammies!  She puts her backpack on and walks around, talks on a pretend phone or talks on a piece of cardboard for a phone! I love it!! I love to watch her! I love when Blake talks with her and plays with her!  I love that she puts her coat on all the time! She does not want me to comb her hair! If I get her dressed, she is changed within 2 minutes! If I do her hair, she pulls it out! I was bothered before, I wanted to do her hair and dress her! Now I am trying to SMILE!!
