Smile

When Josh is at school, it is hard! Between Lydia and Blake, it is nearly impossible for me to help Trent with his homework! Sweet Grant tonight wanted to watch Trent do his homework (which is common.)

Two things that made me smile:
Trent and Grant had a hard afternoon with a lot of fighting. Before Trent went to soccer practice his countenance changed to happy and he started telling us about setting off volcanoes at school! They made them Friday with play dough and set them off today. He was explaining it to me and saying we should do it here at home. I later looked in his backpack and saw a little piece of paper. Written on it, "Bakeng soDa and vinagr." He made a note for himself - - to set off the volcanoes you need baking soda and vinegar!! I love reading his little pieces of paper, sometimes with phone numbers, questions and notes to himself!!

Grant loves homework from his Pre-school. He needed to write a bunch of capital and lower case A's! He did it this morning without being asked, then erased it tonight because he wanted to do it with me, then erased it again because he did not want to be finished with his homework!
