Birthday Party

Before the party, Josh was going to get Chick-Fil-A and ran over Shadow. I was in the house baking cakes and heard Lydia scream, a real scream. My heart sank. When I went outside and saw it wasn't her hurt I was relieved. I heard her yell he was run over and needs a vet and I thought what if Theo died on her birthday! I then saw Theo. Poor little Shadow came hobbling over to us. He was limping and bleeding. As Josh parked I yelled to him that Shadow was alive. I grabbed a towel from the house and Josh told Grant to pick Shadow up. I called several vets as they took off. Grant said Shadow was crying. AWFUL!!! We went and told Verne, who handled it so well! Josh and Grant ended up at a close by vet. Verne met them there. Josh got Chick-Fil-A so Lydia could eat before her party. (Sweet Grant had a little PTSD from holding and moving that poor little hurt thing.)

Heading to Powell, got a flat tire on the trailer. Luckily we were right by a Discount Tire.

Taylor Hendricks had a Trent and Emmie and a few others on a tube. A Little crazy driving and they crashed! Emmie's head to Trent's knee. Emmie got split open and a concussion. Samone had a concussion too. Jody stitched sweet Emmie up.

Everyone needed dry clothes to drive home! We had to dig for dry clothes for everyone. We were soaked through!!

Josh accidentally knocked his phone into the lake trying to hold the boat off the houseboat. Erin (diver in high school) dove down and got it. Deep! It was cold. He also got one of the girl's apple watches, it still worked! Josh's phone fried, but glad we got his license and cards. Hit Verizon on the road.
