Happy Halloween

Blake, Lydia, Josh and I hit the parade at 9:30am! Blake went to school at noon! I put Lydia down at 12:20 and Sydney babysat so I could go to Grant's class party! (craft) When the kids got home from school we headed to Evelyn's! She had some "mummy dogs" for the kids and "gummy worm punch!"

Tuesday the 30th

Today was Grandma Evelyn's birthday! We met at Zuppas for lunch! (Eve, Beckee, Chels & Amelia & Bowen & Evo, Danylle & Gabe, Jocelyn, Josh & Julie & Blake & Lydia!!

Lydia wanted to wear my necklace! I wanted her to wear these darling boots before she grows out of them! Grant was making her very silly!!

I said, "Lydia you are a cutie Jo Booty!" Her response, "No I am not Jo Booty, I am Dee Da (Lydia)!"
I said, "Lydia you are a precious girl!" Her response, "I am not a precious girl, I am Dee Da!"
I said, "Lydia you are a silly goose!" Her response, "I not a goose, I am Dee Da!"
This happens over and over, without even thinking I say these things to her and get the response I love!!! So now we oft times call her Dee Da!! The Simmons have picked up on it too!! I love it!!!

Reese Halloween Party

Sunday night we had a family Halloween Party at Grandpa and Grandma's house. We had soup and salads for dinner. Then the kids did crafts, bingo and a treasure hunt. The treasure hunt was in the dark with flashlights, which was so fun! There were ghosts flying and lit up all around the house. My Mom did 2 hunts, one for the big kids and one for the little ones. Everyone looked so cute in their costumes.
