St. George

We drove down to St. George late Sunday night after pictures at the temple.  Ben and Beckee had Blake, Chase, Lydia, and Hadley. Josh and I had the older kids, and Mikaylee rode with Grandma Evelyn.  On the way down Ben and Beckee listened to the girls sing Frozen and quote the movie word for word until everyone fell asleep!  The boys in our car watched movies too!  We got to the St. George house at around 1:00 am. 

In the Becker's car Ben said "Let's play the quiet game and Lydia said, "ready set let's play it! ". Two seconds later, "Ok we're all done with it!" 

 The next day we went swimming at the Mortensen's house.  For dinner we had Taco Bell and then off to bed.  Everyone was tired!  

Tuesday we took the boat and headed out to Quail Hollow.  The music was blaring and everyone was having a good time.  Hadley and Lydia stood up while they were on the tube and danced!  The older boys wanted to go fast and have lots of waves!  They got some pretty good air a couple of times!  From Beckee's blog "I rode with Julie and realized she is a wild woman!  She likes fast and lots of waves too!"  

We promised the kids Chuck-A-Rama, so we ate there for dinner!!  They had to-die-for sticky buns! Hadley and Lydia played with their stuffed giraffes all week, even dressed them in Lydia's underwear!  The next morning Grandma left to go home and the rest of us packed everything up and headed down to Lake Powell.  The funny thing is we had the boat packed with the last of our things so we unloaded, reloaded, and unloaded it again when we got to Lake Powell.  It was CRAZY!!!!
