Halloween

Halloween Day

Trent had to be to RBMS at 7am for a Trumpet Competition! He earned a golden ticket so he got to go! (Because it was Halloween I didn't want him to go:-)  They rode to Steiner Ranch on a bus! We had the understanding he would finish around 4, which sooooo long!!  Luckily he finished around noon!! Hooray!!!

We carved pumpkins in the morning! 

 Blake, Lydia and I ran out to Steiner Ranch to get Trent; Grant stayed home because he didn't feel well! The timing was perfect, we got Trent and went straight to the airport! (Made a big driving triangle!) Except Grandma and Grandpa's  luggage was delayed getting out (because the airport had been closed Friday due to rain!) It took over an hour! Got them, headed home, got Trent McDonalds, took him to Veteran's Park, and went to Dahlia's Cafe in Liberty Hill! It was WONDERFUL and we brought 3 pies home!!  Peanut butter, coconut and pumpkin!

Heading out with Grandma, Grandpa and Dad! I stayed home to clean, thought Julie live in the moment you love Halloween, put on my costume instead and handed out candy!

The Nelson's came over for pie, brought Justin's brother McClain! Kids retired earlier than expected! Trent home around 8:30! (after being at Kason's and Logan's homes)

Note**Blake's 3rd year being a Minion! I love it!!  It shows my progress of trying to let go!!  He was yellow with knitted hat, then yellow with full suit costume and goggles, now purple! Haha!!  

Sunday morning Grandpa and Grandma bought the kid's candy, but they got to pick 5 pieces! It was a dream come true for me!!
