Lydia's Hair

I took Trent to Shelly on the 21st to get his haircut! Lydia was very into the fact Shelly had a girl! Then Lyd saw her and just loved her! Lydia was trying to tell us she wanted Shelly to do her hair like Chantelle's! It was so cute! While Shelly did her hair, Lyd was giddy!!  Then we got a shot together! 

 On the 23rd I tried to do her hair like Chantelle's again!  Wow, I can't french braid! But Lyd was happy!!

Little Sleepers

I went in to turn the Christmas Tree off and this is what I found!  No wonder everyone was quiet, they had sweet Grant to make them comfortable!

 Then I moved Grant and had to smile at this! Blurry picture but I had to post it!

We had a surprise birthday party for my mom at Market Street! Jen made a huge 60 with pictures all over it! The girls and I thought this one was me! Josh had to take Trent to basketball!

FIRE

As I approached the school this morning to drop the kids off there were Emergency Vehicles everywhere! I had to turn down the Costco road and drop everyone by the Kindergarten entrance because everywhere else was blocked! The kids and teachers were all walking back to the school! I wondered if it was a MAJOR drill until I saw the KSL news truck! I told the kids to find out what happened!  Grant made this note to remind himself! 

When I got home Beckee had texted me that there was a fire!  Then I saw a message on my phone from the school! There was an electrical fire in the gym! They did not think the kids would go back until 11:30 but they were headed back at 9:15! They think a student started it!

Our Tree

With our short ceilings I was so excited to go cut down a tree! Monday night, ready to go, the place was only open on Saturdays!!  So we went across the street from Costco!!  Still fun!!

 Lucky we beat the horrible cold by a day!!
