Blake's Graduation

Blake's Graduation!  Our little Blake sang more than at the Christmas Concert, but still was not thrilled to be performing!!  Precious guy, just like his dad, robe and flip-flops!

Blake could not wait for Miss Tanya to finish sewing these owls!  He would ask her everyday about sewing! He truly could not believe she could sew! He thought that "rocked!"  I substituted the class one day and while the kids were doing individual activities, Blake looked at me and said, "Mom, do you think you should go sew?"  Everyday he would ask Tanya if she was planning to sew after class!  She let him pick his colors out and he was thrilled!  The night she finished the last owl she texted me to see if it would be ok if she called Blake! I had her call Josh's cell phone!  She said Blake needed to be the first to know!  These darling owls were and are so important to him!

Thank You Teachers

Teachers ask the kids to make scrapbook pages to remember them by! Cute idea! Wish I had done that!  So I asked the boys to hold a sign and tell me what they wanted on it!

Mother's Day

Saturday, May 4th the kids made this at Evelyn's First Saturday Activity!  I LOVE IT!!!

Sunday morning Grant could not wait to do presents! Partly because of what he made and partly because they gave me an I-Pad!!  YEAH!! I absolutely love it!!!

Bracelet from Trent, which I LOVE!!!  We tried to make it a little bit smaller before church and the beads all fell off!  Josh sat in the back of the Sequoia with Trent and re-strung them on the way to church!

After church we did deliveries for 3 hours!!  (Including seeing Mindy Youngblood's baby at the AF hospital.)

We headed up to the Reese's for dinner!  We also celebrated May birthdays!  Grant took this picture for me! 

Funny Kids

Josh and I were talking about the 17 year old boy who hit the referee during the soccer game! We were saying how sad he has anger issues!  My dad came over later that morning and mentioned the same story! Blake said, "My mom said he has anger shoes on, I am sure they are red!"

Josh and I were on the phone Monday night talking about our plan for Family Home Evening!  We were going to Smiths to play the ABC game and debating ice cream or a candy treat for the kids! Near the end of the conversation Trent came upstairs laughing on the other black phone! He said, "I have been on with you guys the whole time! When I heard candy I couldn't hang up!" I told him that was very funny, but don't do it again!  There are things kids should not hear being discussed!  He said, "But mom it is not close to Christmas, so you won't be talking about presents!"  Haha

When I do exercise DVD's Lydia is right there with me! It is adorable!  She tries to do exactly what she sees! I want to stop and video tape her! I love it!  The other day I had to step on a chair, she ran to her room and got her stool! When we do sit ups or crunches, she puts those little legs in the air! Truly I could watch her all day! It is the cutest thing ever!!!
